This home sleeps eight adults.
Comfort awaits in the primary suite, which features a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, jetted tub, and separate shower.
The second bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, while the third bedroom offers two queen-over-queen bunk beds.
Serving as the fourth bedroom, a bunk alcove provides a triple-twin bunk bed. (A door does not separate this room from the living area.)
The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Relax on the front deck and take a rejuvenating soak in the hot tub. As evening falls, cook up dinner on the gas grill.
Great for families, the large enclosed backyard offers a playset.

Parking is available for two cars in the flat, easy-to-enter driveway. (The garage is not available for guest use; street parking is not permitted.)

Your single-story rental is accessed via a set of stairs from the driveway and an additional step at the entryway.
Parties are not allowed. Please respect the quiet hours of 10pm-7am (no outdoor activities after 10pm). Citations will be issued for noise disturbances and exceeding the occupancy and parking limits. Refunds will not be granted due to eviction.
Enjoy a convenient location close to all that Big Bear has to offer. Find public access to the lake in under a mile. Bear Mountain and Snow Summit are also within a short 10-minute drive.
