This cottage offers a true “home away from home” feel, equipped with linens, laundry area and plenty of furnishings. The main floor offers a well-supplied kitchen, full bath, cozy living room area and a dining room equipped with a gas fireplace, for those cozy nights in. The master suite is home to a Queen bed with an attached full bath and a private entrance to your own covered patio for catching the Chautauqua sunsets. On the second floor you will find a Queen, Double and Twin bed in a studio style bedroom with an additional private covered balcony to take in the sunrise. With the luscious, well-maintained landscaping, outdoor dining area, grill, firepit and private dock, there's sure to be an abundance of good times had and memories made. Whether you are looking for a warm summer getaway or an ice fishing adventure, this property offers the convenience of a four-season destination.
