Description
This newly constructed home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Located on Mustang Island where you will find some of Port A's best beaches. This home is just steps to the beach and has amazing sunset views over the bay! When you enter this open concept home on the first floor you will find the living room/ dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. The stainless steel appliance and granite counter tops just add to the decor of this wonderful space. Down the hall you will find 3 bedroom and 2 baths. Two of the bedrooms have Queen size beds and the third a sleeper sofa. There is also an additional sleeper sofa in the living room. Beach View Estate is the perfect place to relax for a weekend or a full week!
This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed.
There is also a ping pong table in the garage.

Port A Escapes will contact you on the day of your arrival, typically in the afternoon once your property is ready, to provide an access code to the property.
