The open-plan living area is furnished with a comfy sleeper sofa and two armchairs; stretch out and enjoy your favorite shows on the 60” smart TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
The beautifully designed kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge. Spacious granite countertops provide plenty of room to prepare delicious meals.
Keep the chef company at the breakfast bar with seating for four. When it’s time to eat, the dining table seats six.
BED & BATH
This two-story condo sleeps up to eight guests between the three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.
Upstairs, the main suite has a king-size bed, a 40” smart TV, and vaulted ceilings. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. (This private bedroom occupies the entire second floor and does not have a door.)
Both lower-level bedrooms have a ceiling fan, a 32” cable TV, and direct access to a private balcony. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin-size bed, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed.
The adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Enjoy morning coffee on your private balcony, outfitted with seating for four.
Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling community pool, located right downstairs. An outdoor shower is convenient after fun-filled beach days.

Assigned parking is available for two cars parked in tandem (one under the carport, one directly behind in the driveway). Parking passes must be purchased on-site ($20 for up to two passes, cash only). RVs, ATVs, and boats trailers are not permitted in the complex.
This condo is located on the 2nd floor. Elevators are not available.
Spend sunny days at the beach, just a few steps away.
A wide selection of shops and restaurants are available right on Beach Boulevard, and more options await all along Gulf Shores Parkway, half a mile away.
Spot native wildlife at the Wade Ward Nature Park (0.7 miles). Or go fishing at Gulf State Park Pier (2 miles).
