The views are magnificent!! This beautiful beachfront house is located in the Ocean Shores subdivision off Hwy 87 on Bolivar Peninsula only 6.5 miles from the Galveston ferry. Beachfront Breeze is very inviting and comfortable with its open concept living area, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an amazing view from either of 2 decks. As you walk up the stairs you will come to the first level deck, partially shaded, with a panoramic view of the ocean and plenty of outdoor furniture. Step into this spacious home to the living/dining/kitchen area with windows all along the beach frontage. The seating area, with built-in entertainment center, has a sofa, loveseat, 2 oversize chairs and ottoman seating at the coffee table so there’s room for everyone to get comfortable, play a game, or watch a movie after a long day at the beach. The large dining table with 6 chairs is adjacent to the kitchen breakfast bar with 4 stools so there's plenty of room to seat your group for a great meal and talk about the treasures found while beachcombing that day, or plan tomorrow’s adventure. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a simple snack to gourmet meal. The sofa is a comfortable queen sleeper. There is a full bathroom on this floor and a washer and dryer as well. Upstairs you will find three more bedrooms, each with and amazing view and private access to the upper deck. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an extra-long twin sleeping bench. It also has a private bathroom with a large walk in closet. Both the other bedrooms have a queen bed and extra-long twin sleeping bench. There is another full bathroom off the hall. The total sleeping capacity is up to 18 plus you will find a portable baby pack-and-play in the closet.

Please note, hurricane Ike forever changed the footprint of Bolivar Peninsula, therefore some homes listed as beachfront may have a lot and/or street in front of it. This is the result of the uncertainty following the storm where some property owners elected to participate in the government buy out of lots that fell in what later could be considered within the vegetation line established by the State of Texas and subsequently included as part of the public beach. Not all property owners participated. Those homes where the property in front of it are part of the buyout are considered beachfront even though to the east or west of it there may be a home closer to the beach.
