An Urban uptown feel located in the newly built TownePlace Complex which is within the heart of Carolina Beach and all the action our Pleasure Island offers. Beach View is a one bedroom and one bathroom condo. The bedroom features a king-sized bed with premium linens and towels provided. The bathroom offers a walk-in tiled shower, with modern features throughout. There is a TV in both the living area and the bedroom, both include cable through Spectrum, which is also the provider of the complimentary Wi-Fi in this condo.
The kitchen has brand-new stainless-steel appliances, which includes a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. No need to take your dirty laundry home; this condo comes equipped with a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The main living area offers a queen-sized sleeper sofa, linens are not provided, however they can be added for an additional fee (Call for details). There is also a full-sized dining area that overlooks downtown Carolina Beach in the main living area; perfect for reading the paper and enjoying your morning coffee!
Beach View's location is incredible! Due to its proximity to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, you are sure to enjoy dining at all the local restaurants, challenging each other at the arcade, or perhaps desserts for everyone at one of the many sweet shops! During summertime, you will be able to enjoy Thursday night fireworks from your Beach View balcony. Spend your mornings walking on the beach, then stop by Carolina Beach's famous Britt's Donut shop for fresh, warm homemade donuts and coffee (cash only!).
