Welcome to Beach Time! Just 3 short blocks away from the beach, you will feel the ocean breeze at this beautiful large duplex in the heart of Carolina Beach. Feel right at home in this family-friendly, comfortable retreat, featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, a grilling area, an elevator, space for 3 cars and more. Enjoy a wonderful bird's eye view of the ocean and neighborhood from the shared rooftop deck!
On the ground level you will find a one car garage with gas grill that leads to a bedroom with a queen bed as well as a full bath with shower stall. Upstairs, on the first floor, the living room features a large flat screen TV, complementary Wi-Fi, and a sectional sofa.
The 2nd floor is equipped with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The stairs bring you to the queen bedroom, while the hallway will take you to a king bedroom with a gorgeous private balcony. On the 3rd floor there is an additional twin bunkbed in an alcove so you can bring the whole family!
The master bedroom is on the 3rd floor of the home. This spacious bedroom with TV leads you to another private balcony. From the balcony, there is a spiral staircase leading you up to the rooftop deck.
Beach Time is pet friendly, so bring your pups with you and take them to Freeman Park to enjoy the surf and sand!
