We invite you to our remodeled beach home located steps to Mission Bay Aquatic Center and just across the street from the Ocean in North Mission Beach! This light and bright upper level unit offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 11 guests (8 adults maximum), and features such amenities as 2 levels, air conditioning, 3 exclusive outdoor areas, high ceilings, fun “loft” area, dog friendly, & 3 parking spaces (please note fenced ground level patio is for the other unit).
The ground level houses 2 side x side carport parking spaces located in the rear alley that fit most mid-sized vehicles. As you walk to the front of home there is a 3rd uncovered driveway parking space adjacent to the main front door entry that leads to the second level.
As you walk up the stairs to the second level, you're greeted by a wonderful open floorplan main living area featuring vaulted ceilings & filled with lots of sunlight. This s the ideal setting for entertaining & visiting with your entire group.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oversized a center island bar with bar high seating for 3, granite countertops, gas range, & dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a dining nook with seating for 6-8 people as well as the living room with 2 sleek sofas, mounted flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and an outdoor sun deck with views out to the bay and perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise or toasting a glass of wine to the sunset.
In the master bedroom there is a California king bed, mounted TV, outdoor deck, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity sinks and tub/shower combo. Bedrooms 2 & 3 each have queen beds and also have TV's. Rounding out this floor is another full bathroom (tub/shower combo) and convenient utility room with a side x side washer and dryer.
A spiral staircase leads you to our cool loft area that houses Bedroom 4 with 3 twin sized beds, a fun place for kids!. Off this bedroom is yet another outdoor space with outdoor patio seating & panoramic views.

Guests have the option to rent one unit or both units (VRBO #1569022) for a combined 6 bedroom + 4 bathroom offering that sleeps up to 17 guests & accommodates 5 vehicles.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• AIR CONDITIONING | Please refer to your specific property if air conditioning is provided. If the advertisement does not say that air conditioning is offered, than the home does not have air conditioning. Note that the majority of area homes do not have air conditioning due to the mild year-round San Diego coastal climate (average approximate 65 degree year-round temperatures, with Summer averages at approximately 69 degrees!). In such cases where air conditioning is not supplied, our homes are outfitted with ceiling and/or floor fans to help keep cool.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will be sent a Welcome package that includes (but not limited to) such items as arrival instructions, parking, wifi, local eats, & area attractions.
