The house has a split layout with a wing of the house totally dedicated to the children in your party. This area has a sitting area with TV, bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom. The other side of the house features the other 2 bedrooms that have their own bathrooms. The house offers great Island living with its three living spaces and great location to the restaurants and shops of Holmes Beach. Beach N Lake has just added a stunning pool to the backyard. Also bring fishing poles to make best use of the seawall and the lake in your backyard. Relax and enjoy a cocktail at the outdoor seating area while watching mullet jumping and birds fishing for dinner.
BED & BATH DETAILS
There are 3 bedrooms in total. The master suite has large windows with a view of the lake, the suite consists of a King size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet, there is also a reading nook which is a great space to finally finish that book you started. The Queen guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo, located right next to the Queen bedroom. The third bedroom has two sets of Twin bunk beds. The spacious third bathroom/laundry room comes with a large walk-in shower and stackable washer and dryer.
The fully fenced in backyard invites to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Stunning new pool and landscaping. A beautiful backyard oasis....enjoy a swim with the view of the lake. There is a great dining/seating are right out side the backdoor. The backyard is located right on the lake so enjoy the view and fishing in your own backyard. The new pool invites for a swim. There is also a garage which is available for your use.
A fishing license is required for anybody over 16. Photos of the pool coming soon!
Pool heat is an additional charge of $120 a week.
Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
This property has a 7 night minimum and does accept pets on approval. Pet fee is $150.00 per pet (non-refundable).
The free tolley stop is located right at the end of 67th Street at the Lutheran Church.
