Beach Music is located less than a block from the North End beach. With four bedrooms (two masters), four and a half baths, and a lovely open design there is plenty of room for your family to spread out. Enjoy your days on the beach playing in the waves and spend the evenings relaxing under the pergola on the outside patio. A hot/cold outside shower is available to rinse off after a long day at the beach. This home has something for everyone! Weekly rentals only.

We have vacationed almost every year at Va Beach and have rented through Atkinson for most of those. This was one of the best rentals we've every enjoyed.

I rented Serenity Now for 1 month and really enjoyed my stay. It's a rental property with normal wear and tear but is in great shape.

This house was perfect for out family! It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It has a great outdoor eating area and is very spacious inside as well. The location was also great at the North End of the beach with friendly neighbors. Thanks for a great week! We will definitely be back!

Great location, house was fully stocked and easy to use. Stocked full of beach gear which was fantastic. Only immediate issue was poor cleaning. The cleaning crew did basics but when you find food under the coach pillows it shows a lack of attention to detail. Lastly property management should pay more attention to the basics. Front light bulb was burnt out when we arrived (which I replaced easily), bathrooms need some real TLC, door jams all unscrewed and just laying on floor. Small stuff but indicates somebody isn't paying attention to property. That said, awesome location and easy access to the beach. Was good but could be great with a bit more attention on cleaning and property maintenance.

The house is a good setup for 1-2 families. Or perhaps more like 1 family with a babysitter or nanny. The first MBR is a lovely set up with a walk-in closet and plenty of space. The second MBR is a bit smaller. My kids did not like the bunk beds as they were rickety and mattresses not that comfortable. The bunk beds should be replaced. One of the bunk bed rooms is a bit smaller than the other and should probably just have twin bunk beds, not the full size bunk on the bottom. The mattresses for the king-sized beds were just fine. We had 4 kids in the bunk beds, 2 moms in the king sized bedrooms and an additional child downstairs on the futon, which is a separate room with a half bath we would not have used anyway, so it functions well as an extra sleeping space, though the futon is too small for more than 1 person. The outdoor shower space was a huge plus, as were the numerous beach chairs, umbrellas and beachcart, and the grille and pretty lights at the outdoor table. Plenty of sand toys and boogie boards, though my kids fought over the 2 "good" boogie boards since a couple were in poor condition. Enough parking for 3 cars. And plenty of bathrooms and kitchen/dishes/table space for 10 people.

Overall this was a great house but after waiting an extra hour for check in due to Covid cleaning, we had to turn around and clean the house ourselves. Obviously there must have been children with the family renting before us because we found peanut butter smeared on two walls in the kitchen, crumbs on the table and the chairs, also in the kitchen cupboard and on the granite counter top. So what kind of cleaning was done?? With all the work it takes to travel with a family for a beach location the last thing you want to do when you arrive is clean. We have rented with Atkinson's for many years and this is the first time we have had a dirty house. Shame on the owners if they are responsible and also Atkinson Reality if they are. That being said, the house was lovely and spacious. Everyone loved having their own bathroom and we loved the outside sitting area with the lights. We also made good use of the beach cart. Would like to rent this house again next year but probably won't due to the very poor housekeeping.
