Boasting a fantastic location, this two-story 4BR/3.5BA house is within walking distance of the beach and an excellent array of restaurants. Enjoy hiking, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, and local attractions minutes away.
After a thrilling day of outdoor adventures, return home to relax in the private hot tub. With two large living areas and ample outdoor space, you’ll find plenty of room for up to 11 guests.
LIVING AREA
Serving as the social hub of the home, the second-floor living area offers ample seating with a leather sofa and two comfy armchairs. Get cozy by the gas fireplace and stream your favorite Netflix shows on the 55” TV.
Downstairs, a second living area offers more social space with a love seat, oversized armchair, and a 55” flat-screen TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Before heading out for a day of outdoor explorations, whip up a hearty meal in the well-equipped kitchen – complete with granite countertops and a full suite of appliances.
Gather at the large kitchen island for five, or head to the dining table for six and enjoy the wood-lined views through the large bay window.
BED & BATH
Find quiet privacy in the second-floor master suite, which offers a king bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, jetted tub, and separate walk-in shower. Providing added convenience, a half bath sits just off the master.
On the first floor two more bedrooms each have queen beds, one also has a 40” Roku TV. Set between the two, a guest bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
Also downstairs, a bunk room features a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination
OUTDOOR AREAS
After a fun day in the mountains or at the beach, make your way to the ground-floor covered patio to soak in the private hot tub. A large fenced yard with a playhouse and hammock offers plenty of room for the kids to play.
Upstairs, two decks create even more outdoor space -- enjoy hosting family barbecues on the deck off the dining area, equipped with a picnic table and gas grill.
EXTRA AMENITIES
This family-friendly home provides a high chair, booster chair, and Pack n' Play. Extras amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway and two in the garage. (Please note that the smaller garage can only fit sedans and small SUVs.)
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
