This large 1550 sq.ft. property has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It is just 1 block to the bay and 2 blocks to the ocean. Upon entering the main entrance, half a flight of stairs leads to an open floor 2nd level, the perfect room for relaxing with the family. On the 3rd floor are two bedrooms each with their own balcony, bathroom, flat screen tv, and queen sized bed. Down half a flight of stairs from the main entrance is a bedroom with a twin trundle and queen size bed.The lower room also includes its own private bathroom.
