Luxurious ski-in / ski-out townhome located in the sought after Base Camp at Iron Horse townhomes below the slopes of Winter Park, you can walk 150 yards up to the slopes on a maintained woodland hiking trail (please note, this does include stairs), or jump on the free shuttle bus for a quick ride to Winter Park Resort Base Village which is just 1/4 mile away. This townhome features a private hot tub, fully stocked chefs kitchen and gas grill. Book this beautiful luxury Mountain for your next trip! This townhouse is multi level and has multiple staircases so not ideal for guests with limited mobility.
Parking: This property has parking for one vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway for the home. Any additional vehicles must be parked off-site. Homeowner's Tip: We enjoy walking over to the Bonfils-Stanton area and taking the short hike around the moose pond' in the early morning or late afternoon. There is always something interesting to see!
Sleeping Arrangements: Queen in the Master bedroom Queen in the second bedroom Queen in the third bedroom Twin over full and twin over twin bunk in the fourth bedroom Sleeps up to eleven guests. Location: Just 1/4 mile from Winter Park Resort Village Two miles to downtown Winter Park. Ski access available by 150 yard walk on maintained path to Corridor ski trail (some stairs), or take the free bus shuttle to Base Village at Winter Park Resort.
