Description
Banyan Breeze is a luxurious 3 story Gulf Coast vacation home in exclusive Banyan Beach. It's close to restaurants, shops, and the marina in Port A. The beach is just steps to our private walkover and the pool is right next door. The house has 3 large floors, 4 spacious King master on suites. 3,550 total square feet and is equipped to sleep up to 18 guests so you have plenty of room for multiple families, family reunions or large groups of great friends. This beach house has 8 flat panel HDTV's, wireless internet, 2 DVD players, and surround sound stereo. The covered decks facing the Gulf provides spectacular views of the water including the ship channel. All levels of the house are connected through an easy access elevator as well as inside stairs off the entry doors. Both entry doors are handicap accessible, for wheel chair entry. The first floor has 2 King master suites with private baths and a game room with kitchenette, dining area, HDTV, and queen sleeper sofa. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, including 2 master suites that share a 10 foot deck facing the Gulf. These also have King beds and private baths. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a full bath. One has a King bed, the other has 2 bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have HD TV's. The full washer/ dryer is conveniently located on the 2nd floor next to a coffee maker for your use. The upper 3rd floor has spectacular Gulf views and features a large open living area, that includes dining, kitchen, and powder room. The spacious living area has 12 foot ceilings for beautiful views and life long memories. It also features the CLOUD sectional sofa, a game table & chairs and additional seating. The dining area is designed with 2 large tables that can be separate or combined as one providing seating for up to 20 guests and 6 additional counter seats at the large granite island. The well stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is perfect for entertaining a large family group. The huge covered deck is a gathering spot to enjoy the gulf breezes with outdoor sofa seating for friends to relax. You will feel like you are on vacation in the tropics with Banyan Breezes bright colors and gulf coast décor. The property management company, Port A Escapes, offers the best in customer service. The HOA does not allow boats or trailers. A maximum of 5 cars can be parked at this home. Sorry, no pets allowed. Come and experience the Banyan Beach luxury for your next vacation!
