This renovated 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers vaulted ceilings, free 100mb Wi-Fi, and a bright, open layout in one of the resort’s convenient middle-resort locations. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, B30 sleeps up to 4 guests and is an easy walk to the guest laundry facility, resort lobby, activities center, and Lower Pool.

The villa features a queen bedroom that opens to the living area, a full bathroom with stand-up shower that can be accessed from both the kitchen and bedroom, and a comfortable living room with a sofa, reclining chair, and flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay, and guests can dine indoors at the table for four or enjoy meals on the balcony dining table in the fresh island breezes. Vaulted ceilings and amazing Caribbean views add to the villa’s open and contemporary feel.

B30 is conveniently located in the middle section of the resort, with parking right across from the villa entry and easy access to the guest laundry facility, resort lobby, activities center, and Lower Pool. The hilltop pool is also available at the top of the resort. Property Manager Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property.
