The villa features a king bedroom with a bright, airy feel and louvered divider doors that can be opened to connect the bedroom to the main living area or closed for added privacy. The updated bathroom includes a large walk-in shower and modern vanity. The spacious living area offers comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, and an open flow into the dining space and kitchen, creating an inviting setting for relaxing after a day on the island.

The updated kitchen includes bar seating and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, while the dining area provides comfortable seating for enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner indoors. One of B29’s standout features is the large wraparound patio, where guests can relax and take in beautiful views overlooking the Lower Pool, Water Bay, Coral World, and the down-island scenery beyond. The patio creates an ideal space for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or evening drinks in the Caribbean breeze.

B29’s central location within the resort makes it especially convenient for guests who want easy access to amenities and dining. Property Manager Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. Complimentary shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property, and the resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park and Aquarium, the ferry to St. John, and World Famous Coki Beach and a short drive to Magens Bay.

Please note that Property Manager Resort is a hillside property, and access to most units requires stairs. While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.
