Welcome to your ocean-view Caribbean home away from home at Property Manager Resort, B22.
This 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, a spacious wraparound balcony, and a convenient middle-resort location for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, B22 sleeps up to 4 guests and is an easy walk to the resort lobby, activities center, guest laundry, and Terrace Pool.
The villa features a king bedroom that can be closed off from the living area for added privacy, an updated bathroom with access from both the kitchen and bedroom, and a comfortable living room with a sofa sleeper, two chairs, a desk, a 42-inch flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay, and guests can dine indoors at the table for four or enjoy meals outside on the balcony in the fresh island breezes.
One of B22’s standout features is its very large wraparound balcony, which offers amazing Caribbean views and a wonderful place to relax outdoors. The hilltop pool is located at the top of the resort, and parking is conveniently located across from the villa entrance. Property Manager Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property.
