Nestled within one of the most prestigious enclaves in Austin - Westlake Hills - this beautiful custom estate is one of the most authentically Austin properties in the Property Manager portfolio. Shaded by 200-year-old Heritage Oaks, the estate sits on two acres of beautifully maintained landscapes. The main house is a state-of-the-art, classic Westlake Home. A chef inspired kitchen pours into a two-story great room anchored by a gorgeous Colorado River stone fireplace. Three bedrooms sleep 6 people and an office can accommodate two twin beds.
Breezeways connect the main house, a lovely porch, a cottage, and the ultimate game/rec-room. They surround a resort style pool complete with a hot tub. The cottage sleeps six and has its own kitchen and living area. The rec room, a great source of entertainment, is loaded with fun arcade games, a ping-pong table, a pool table and is equipped with an artificial turf floor. When you are ready to step outside, choose between a game of pickle pickle ball, a variety of outdoor activities, or just relax under the gorgeous Texas sky.

The home is pre-set for twelve guests. With owner approval, the Authentic Westlake Estate can be set up too sixteen guests, using twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses (available upon request). A large group fee may apply.

At check-in, you will be introduced to your personal House Manager, who is carefully selected and overly trained in the art of service. Our House Managers visit daily, and are available 24/7 in the hope to exceed anything you had expected.
Everything that touches you has been meticulously selected by Property Manager. Utopia Linens, Chakir Turkish Towels, L'Occitane bath amenities, and more have been carefully selected to engulf guests in luxury. Our mission is to provide unforgettable service, wrapped within the luxury of a custom estate, curating a once in a lifetime experience.
COVID-19 Enhanced Safety/Cleaning: In addition to our already rigorous cleaning procedures, we have implemented a robust checklist using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and high touched surfaces.
