This large home features two decks, a barbecue grill, fireplace (seasonally available), high speed wireless internet, and access to the community croquet lawn and sparkling swimming pool. A great place for family gatherings, guests can take in the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and 15th fairway of the Turtle Point Golf Course from inside, or grill out on the porch and enjoy the cool ocean breeze. The home also has an elevator that goes from the garage to the first floor. With four bedrooms and four baths, this home accommodates up to eight guests.
The enclosed ground-floor level is equipped with a ping-pong table, sure to keep the young and the young at heart entertained! Upon entering the first floor, the bright foyer leads to the comfortable living room, fitted with creamy leather couches and featuring a wall of windows overlooking the fairway and the ocean. Built-in bookcases house the flat-screen TV and DVD player.
The dining area seats up to eight guests. There is a pass-through breakfast bar dividing the dining room from the kitchen, which allows the cook to enjoy the ocean view while preparing meals. The breakfast bar seats two more guests. Outside, the furnished deck offers several rocking chairs, perfect for taking advantage of Kiawah's serene environment. There is a dining table which seats six, as well as a barbecue grill. The first floor also has two bedrooms with lovely ocean views. The first bedroom has a cozy sitting area which opens onto the deck. It is furnished with a queen bed, and has a private bath. This bedroom has been renovated to be handicap accessible and is located near the elevator which connects the garage to the first floor. The second bedroom which also opens to the deck, features two double beds and has access to a hall bath with stall shower.
Upstairs on the second floor are the additional 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a sitting area and is furnished with a king bed, and its own flat-screen TV. It includes a full private bath. The second upstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has an alcove where a twin bed is tucked. There is also a full private bath. Both upstairs bedrooms open to the second floor deck, allowing for breathtaking beach vistas and the opportunity to soak up the sun. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves outside the bedroom window!
This home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, and 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.
