Description
This slopeside Mammoth Mountain condo near Juniper Springs Lodge! This is a great condo with many decorative designer touches and a portable AC unit to keep you cool in Summer. Just a short walk to Mammoth Mountain's Little Eagle Express lift with a ski-back trail to the complex makes for an extremely convenient Mammoth vacation. The living room features a cozy wood-burning fireplace, Twin trundle and day bed, flatscreen Smart TV, and is perfect for a group traveling with can enjoy their own private space on the enclosed patio. Off the living room, there is a sliding glass door that opens out to an enclosed patio with beautiful mountain views, sitting/playing area, flatscreen TV, games and more. There is a King bed in the master with attached private bathroom and flatscreen Smart TV. The bathroom is jack and jill style with access from the master or the hallway. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with all the appliances you will need for a home cooked meal. There is even ski and boot storage just inside the condo. This condo comes with underground parking for one vehicle (garage clearance is 6' 6"), as well as a second space available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and elevator service to your floor. The Aspen Creek community offers a swimming pool, numerous outdoor hot tubs, sauna and common area laundry. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. This condo sleeps a maximum of 4 people and no smoking is permitted. Pet are not allowed. There are no stairs to this unit (elevator access) and no stairs inside.
