I have stayed in many condos the US and this was BY FAR the worst. The fireplace didn’t work. The blinds were broken. The bedding was torn. The patio door lock was faulty. The bathroom fan sounded like a plane taking off. The bathroom door didn’t close properly. The oven was filthy. There was sugar all over the dining table. The condo was generally dirty. The tv in the lounge was located on the wall in a poor position and couldn’t be viewed from a lot of the lounge. Some of the furniture was broken. The key to the main building stopped working and we were left out in the cold waiting for someone to let us in and when we phoned Rocky Mountain Resort Management to complain they were very unhelpful but eventually said new keys would be delivered to our condo at 8 the following morning. This didn’t happen. The toaster was faulty which they said they would replace and then they replaced it with a hairdryer! They came to fix the fireplace which stopped working again a few hours later. I emailed them asking for their comments to my complaints and they haven’t replied. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING EXPERIENCE.
