We enjoyed our entire stay at the Anchorage Haus. The location was perfect--just a few blocks from Main street. The home was very clean upon arrival and fully stocked with whatever needed. The rooms were perfect. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and modern. I appreciated the multi-outlet wall plugs to charge phones and other devices in the bedrooms. The house was very well-kept and maintained.<br/><br/>Fredericksburg Escapes was really easy to work with. Checking in and checking out was easy and hassle-free.

Our family was extremely comfortable and happy with Anchorage Haus. The house was very clean, comfy beds, awesome showers and master tub. Easy walk to Main Street - close to Der Lindenbaum and Auslanders. We didn&#x2019;t cook- but the kitchen looked fully stocked. We also enjoyed walking down the street to see all the unique homes.

We all loved this special home! It is very clean and feels like the furnishings are new & well taken care of. We enjoyed being able to walk to town. Such a great location! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Four of us stayed here for a birthday wine weekend. The house was very nice and very clean. I loved that it has excellent parking in front and back. It had everything we needed. The only thing I would mention is that even though it does have a regular coffee maker, a single serve would be nice for differing coffee tastes (I.e. decaf). Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very cute house. It was very comfortable and super clean. Will definitely stay here again. Really close to Main Street. Could definitely walk so you didn&#x2019;t have to drive after all the wine tastings.

I selected this rental for its location and good reviews for our family of 6. We knew we wanted to walk to Main St, the National Museum of the Pacific War, the Marktplatz, and restaurants. We checked in after hours by easily grabbing the key from the management lock box a couple of miles away on Main St. The home was warm and welcoming with a couple of simply decorated Christmas trees. While we didn&#x2019;t use the kitchen to cook during our short stay, we used the coffee pot and ample selection of mugs. <br/>The home itself is two bedrooms with a bath on one side of the living area and the primary suite on the opposite side. The home has been completely refreshed and is spotless from A to Z. The weather wasn&#x2019;t too friendly for using the back yard, so we didn&#x2019;t spend any time out there. There is a plenty of space but as a corner lot, it is open to the side without much screening. I didn&#x2019;t see any place for outdoor games or fire pit. That would be the only area which could be improved upon in this comfortable house two blocks off Main.

We stayed here for a girls trip and the house was absolutely perfect!! It was so clean, spacious, and very nicely updated. The location was perfect and we walked right over to Main Street every day. There were 5 of us and we plan on returning to this house ASAP!!

This was the perfect house for our group size. We came in for a girl&#x2019;s weekend and this house fit the 5 of us perfectly. It was so well maintained, cute, comfortable updated home. We&#x2019;re all a bit picky and this house met all of our needs. I would recommend it and stay here again in the future.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Anchorage House. It was the perfect size for 5 adults. The 2 bathrooms were both very nicely designed. We also loved that the house is a short 3-block walk to Main Street. We would stay there again!

The experience was great from booking to checking in to the entire stay! The house was exactly as pictured and was a perfect little get away for us and friends for the weekend.

House was well maintained and clean. We were in Walking distance to all attractions, including the Pacific War Museum. We loved being able to go back to the house mid-day for a break. Fredericksburg was a great little town and this house was a gem !

Very well appointed home, everything new and very clean. Just around the corner from the main drag, walkable to shops and restaurants. Lockbox would be a nice addition, for convenience purposes.
