Description
This newly renovated Amelia Landings Beach and Racquet Resort 2 bedroom/2 bath Condo is beautifully decorated and is located on the second floor. The master bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen tv with cable and a DVD player, en suite bathroom with tub and walk in shower. Sliding glass doors from the master bedroom and living room open onto the the relaxing screened in porch that has a two person porch swing! the porch has a lovely view of lush evergreen trees.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen tv and cable. The adjacent bathroom has a tub and shower. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room making the condo comfortable for up to four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a stackable washer and dryer, and a coffee bar with dual coffee makers for brewing a full pot or individual K-cups. Highspeed Wifi is provided along with a selection of DVDs, games, books and satellite TV with all the sports channels, digital music channels and more.
Amelia Landings has community BBQ grills and picnic tables, a tennis court, pool and fishing pond. In the closet on the porch you will find items that you are welcome to use; beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, skimmer boards, beach toys and beach towels, beach bag, tennis rackets, fishing pole and a beach cart. The beach is a short 7 minute walk on a private board walk. You can also walk to restaurants, a surf shop, bike rentals, putt putt golf and ice cream!
No pets allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the condo, on the balcony and in the breezeway.
