This stunning 4BR/3BA home provides two living areas, each with a fireplace and flat-screen TV, a home office, a private deck with forest views, and two kitchens. Enjoy access to the fabulous Incline Village amenities, including private beaches, a boat launch, lap pool, tennis courts, and grill area.
This home is just minutes from both the slopes and trails, perfect for year-round Tahoe getaways!
The main living area serves as the social heart of the home, which features picture windows and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy the warm ambience of a gas fireplace and watch a movie on the 48” flat-screen TV with surround sound.
A second living area downstairs offers a wood-burning fireplace, couch, foosball table, and 37” TV with an Xbox One and PS4, as well as controllers.
Perfect for checking emails, an office has a wraparound desk and ample natural light.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample cookware.
Gather for meals at the eight-person table. Four more can sit at the breakfast bar.
Prepare snacks in the downstairs kitchenette, which offers a stove, microwave, and refrigerator.

This three-story home sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.
Find comfort in the master suite, which provides a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination.
Two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Downstairs, a spacious second living area doubles as a fifth bedroom and boasts two twin-over-full bunk beds. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy access to Incline Village recreation amenities, including three private beaches, a boat launch, fitness center, lap pool with waterslide, children’s pool, playground, and a large lawn area with grills (access requires a nominal daily fee).

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, two washer/dryers, and a garage with an EV charger and parking for two cars. Additional street parking is available during the summer, but in the winter, street parking is unavailable during snowfalls.
A long-term tenant occupies the apartment under the detached garage, accessed via a separate entrance.
This home does not have air-conditioning.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
This rental has a strict no parties policy with quiet hours from 10pm-8am.
The beaches and Incline Village Recreation Center are within a short drive. Enjoy lakefront dining at a number of delicious restaurants nearby, including the lakefront Lone Eagle Grille at the Hyatt.
In winter months, you’ll be within proximity to Diamond Peak (5 miles), Mt. Rose (12 miles), and Northstar (14 miles). In warmer months, amazing hiking trails nearby include the Tahoe Rim Trail and Galena Creek Falls.
