KITCHEN & DINING
The well-appointed and stylish kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of room to prepare delicious meals.
When it’s time to eat, gather at the eight-person table. A breakfast bar accommodates four.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This three-story home sleeps up to 10 guests in four bedrooms.
Comfort awaits in the master bedroom, which features a king-size bed, a twin-size ottoman sleeper, and a 37” TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Two guest bedrooms each provide a queen-size bed, while the guest bathroom is fitted with a double vanity and tub/shower combination.
Sleep soundly in the fourth bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, twin-size ottoman sleeper, and a 42” TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a jetted tub/shower combination.
A half bath offers added convenience.
Relax in the fresh air on two decks. Make use of the gas grill and enjoy an afternoon cookout.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars in the garage and two in the driveway are provided. Street parking is not allowed October - May.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are ok).
This rental does not have air-conditioning.
Dollar Point community amenities are available for a nominal daily fee -- including a heated outdoor pool, tennis club, pier (open Memorial Day through the last day of September), and access to Dollar Point Beach.
Facility access is limited to only members, their immediate family, and guests who accompany them on Saturdays between June 21, 2020, and September 7, 2020, as well as the 3rd and 4th of July. Please note: Dollar Point amenities will not be available to guests beginning in 2021.
When you aren’t spending time enjoying the fabulous Dollar Point amenities, head into Tahoe City for excellent dining and shopping opportunities. Incredible hiking and mountain biking trails are just a short drive from home.
During the ski season, Homewood Mountain Resort, North Star, Squaw Valley, and Alpine Meadows are all less than 20 minutes away.
