The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas have plentiful natural lighting, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The property offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with the other 2 bathrooms conveniently located for larger groups. Step outside to enjoy the view of the sound! The screened-in porch offers a cozy retreat where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee. The open- air porch is the perfect location for gathering after a day’s adventure, featuring a wet bar and a mounted TV. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower! Whether you're unwinding indoors or soaking in the natural beauty outside, Always Sunday offers the perfect blend of comfort, and convenience for your next getaway. BED CONFIGURATION: 3 King Beds, 1 Double Bed, 1 Sleeper Sofa WHAT IS PROVIDED: Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar. Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide. PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 2 dog maximum. Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Property Manager once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s). VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Property Manager to add the additional pet fee(s). Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine. **Please be respectful.
