Located at 5225 Collins Avenue in the heart of Miami Beach, this Oceanfront Condominium Resort known as The Alexander, is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the beach. There are two heated pools and hot tubs. We are also located within minutes from major attractions and night life – less than 2 miles to the center of South Beach. HORA VACATION RENTALS owns as well as manages many of the finest units in this beach resort.
Apartment 718 at The Alexander (7th floor) is a large 1200 sq ft BRAND NEW beautifully furnished and decorated (in March 2015) 3 to converted 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom signature apartment with both intracoastal and ocean views. 2 queen beds, 3 adult single twin beds, and a sofa which converts to full size bed and additional rollaway for added sleeping. Includes a 20-ft balcony, full kitchen with side by side refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, granite counter and double bowl sink, washer/dryer, dining area seats 8, living room and den which converts to a 4th bonus sleeping area. 5 HDTV TV's, cable channels and Wi-Fi. The master bedroom splits into two separate sleeping areas thus creating 4 sleeping areas. The sliding wall enclosure separates rooms for added privacy, a clever way to add private sleeping area at night.
Extra guests: Base rate includes sleeping up to 7 guests, each additional guest is $35 per night up to maximum 9 guests. Select number of adults and children and rates will adjust accordingly.
Rental includes complimentary use of fitness center, concierge, bellhop, Wi-Fi, valet parking (fees apply), gift shop, coin operated washer/dryer on each floor, swimming pools, hot tubs, pool towels, lounges and umbrellas at pool. There is a play area and bonus public playground just one block away. Resort offers for additional fees beach chair rentals and water sports. There is a beauty salon and spa located on the 4th floor.
