Located at 5225 Collins Avenue in the heart of Miami Beach, this Oceanfront Condominium Resort known as The Alexander, is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the beach. There are two heated pools and hot tubs. We are also located within minutes from major attractions and night life – less than 2 miles to the center of South Beach.
This Apartment at The Alexander s a contemporary decorated apartment with style and sophistication. 3 Bedrooms, one of which is a converted den, 2 Full Bathrooms, Terrazzo floors, granite counter tops, full kitchen and bar counter, beautiful ocean-views, and 20 ft large balcony. Master bedroom with 2 Queen beds and a bonus twin bed, Guest bedroom has 2 Full beds, convertible 3rd bedroom has a twin. The convertible 3rd bedroom acts as expansion of the living room for privacy in the evening and opens for use during the day. This apartment has all the comforts of home directly on the beach with direct ocean and beach views. Kitchen includes all major appliances, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The dining room provides seating for 6-8. Wi-Fi and Cable TV included, washer/dryer in unit.
Rental includes complimentary use of fitness center, concierge, bellhop, Wi-Fi, valet parking (fees apply), gift shop, coin operated washer/dryer on each floor, swimming pools, hot tubs, pool towels, lounges and umbrellas at pool. Disclaimer: Construction of the Alexander exterior facade, balconies, upper second pool deck and hallways is expected to continue through the winter of 2018, weekdays between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. On Saturdays there may be some lighter work done. This may cause some inconvenience including some intermittent noise and some balcony closures. Some building amenities may be closed until construction completion.
