KITCHEN & DINING
Release your inner chef in the newly remodeled kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances including a French-door fridge. A unique tile backsplash adds character, while a skylight fills the space with natural light.
The dining table seats up to eight and is ideal for morning coffee, playing board games, or gathering for festive meals.
BED & BATH
This house sleeps eight guests in two bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the parlor.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bath with a jetted tub and a skylight.
The second bedroom can be configured into two sleeping spaces, if desired. This room is detailed with a queen bed, full-size bed, and access to a private balcony that overlooks the patio. A room-dividing curtain provides privacy; each side is effectively a room with it's own entrance, closet, windows, and lighting.
Two guest baths each have a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Enjoy pre-dinner drinks on the tree-shaded flagstone patio, where a mosaic design adorns the built-in seating. (This space is unique to your rental, and is not shared.)
Admire the mesmerizing koi pond, or stretch out on a lounge chair under the shade of a palm tree. Sizzle supper on the Traeger wood pellet grill or play games on the lawn in the lush backyard. (These areas are shared with the house next door.)

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for one car are provided.
This two-story house does not have air-conditioning. The driveway and backyard are shared with an adjacent property; there is no fencing between these separate houses, therefore, the communal spaces may be occupied.
All leases require a minimum 31-day term.
Stroll 5 minutes to State Street, where you’ll find a plethora of shops and popular restaurants.
Nearby attractions include the ornate Granada Theatre, the Santa Barbara Museum of Art, and the tranquil Alameda Park.
