*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property!
*COMPLEX AMENITIES: This property offers an Outdoor Communal Pool, Communal Charcoal Bar-b-que grills, walking distance to Public Beach Access, No Elevator
*PETS:
This property is NOT pet friendly! Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.
*PARKING:
This complex offers designated parking for 1 vehicle and requires a parking permit that is included in your reservation. Guest spaces are offered on a first come, first serve basis and availability is not guaranteed, however, you can purchase a 2nd pass from our office prior to arrival. The cost of parking passes is set by each Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. Unfortunately, trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.
*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

Alabama Sands, a low density 14 unit complex, is a short 3-5 minute walk to Public Beach Access! This unit offers approximately 900 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms sleeping 7. In addition to the easy beach access this property is also walking distance to convenience stores and a restaurant!
The main living area is an open Living Room, Dining, Kitchen Combo. The Living Room offers a sofa, chair, and flat screen TV. The fully stocked Kitchen has everything you'll need for a quick snack, lunch, or family dinner, complete with both large and small appliances, cookware, and utensils. The Dining Area offers a corner bench with table and two chairs. Additional seating is available at the kitchen bar.
The Primary Suite is spacious and has a Queen Bed with dresser, ample closet space, and flat screen TV. The Primary also offers a private bathroom with tub/shower combo and vanity. The Guest Bedroom offers two Bunk Beds, a Twin over Full and a Twin over Twin, which will accommodate 5 comfortably! The guest bedroom also offers a flat screen TV and chest of drawers. The Guest Bathroom is centrally located and also offers a tub/shower combo. The laundry closet is located in the kitchen and offers a full-size front load washer/ dryer.
