Affordable Beach Condos - One Bed Budget w/ Full Kitchen

 This Affordable Bay Front Rental by Whispers Resort is a charming one bedroom condominium right in the heart of the Treasure Island Beach Community. This ground floor condominium is perfect for easy accessibility. 

There is a central courtyard leading back to the fabulous salt water views, an over -the-water sun deck and great fishing. 

This condo is our smaller budget option with a queen bedroom and a separate fully equipped kitchen / dining room. 

There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living making it suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and two small children on the sleeper sofa. 

There are flat screen TVS in the bedroom and in the living room. Free Wi Fi Internet is provided and there is a modern A/C split system with cooling and heating controls for each room, and Ceiling Fans.

Hairdryer, iron and basic cleaning supplies are included to get you started.

The kitchen has a fridge, four top stove / oven, microwave,and coffee maker.

Towels and linens, dinnerware and cookware are included and the condo is move in ready. 

After check in you cater and provide for yourself. There is no maid service unless requested, and for an additional fee.

The property has a shared salt water heated pool for our guests and a sundeck right on the water. BBQ facilities are provided.

Fish, layout or look out for dolphins and manatees. Surrounded by very dense tropical gardens, you will enjoy privacy and relaxation, and loads of cool shade and breezes. 

Free parking for one vehicle is included, Free Wi Fi and cable and there is a laundromat on the property. Additional parking is for a fee subject to availability. 

Walk everywhere! Shops, Bars and dining are one block away and the beach is across the road. Everything is at your door step and a vehicle is optional. 

It's a few minutes walk to everything.  

Jet Skiing, boat rentals, fishing charters, bike rentals, kayak rentals, paddle board rentals, scuba diving, golf, mini golf,  tennis, gym, karaoke, massage, spa treatments , live music are all close by.

We are close to the Pinellas Trail - 60+ miles of biking and hiking trails, a mile from Johns pass Historic Village for the fresh catch of the day dining, and only 15 minutes to downtown St Petersburg with its vibrant lifestyle, shops and galleries. 

Have a vacation that is a complete break from the "McHotels", chrome and glass modern. This is an authentic 1960's Vintage Florida Heritage Property. The owners have kept it as real as possible but with modern upgrades such as Internet and A/C upgrades.

Bathrooms are as original as possible as is the style of furnishing. Every unit has a theme decor such as Africa and Hawaii or Asia, and they have the bright colors typical of the '60's decade. 

The condo is fully tiled throughout. 

 This is a total throwback to a vintage time when grandpa piled the whole family into his  "Plymouth Woody" tossed in the family dog for good measure and headed on a road trip to Florida. 

The tropical gardens are very dense with huge rubber trees and other exotic foliage and palms that makes it feel like you are in a jungle! Small geckos abound, as do egrets, pelicans and herons. The condos are clustered around a central courtyard and have a garden view. 

There are just 7 condos sharing the property and a 3 bedroom house, so it is very private and quiet. 

IT IS PET AND BOAT FRIENDLY
We accept dogs of all sizes (for a small fee) as well as boats (for a small fee). Arrange that with the owner once you have booked. Boat trailers of 18 - 20 ft can be accommodated.

Nearby are boat, motor cycle and bicycle rentals, beauty spas, fishing charters, jet ski, scuba, paddle boarding and many other water activities. There is also golf and mini golf nearby as well as tennis, karaoke, basketball, beach volleyball, theater, live entertainment, waterfront dining, museums and outdoor markets.
