Surrounded by the woods of Westlake, this gorgeous home boasts style and comfort. It is the perfect family retreat, located just minutes from downtown Austin. The open floor plan features a flowing design and spacious rooms. There is room for a large group with four bedrooms and extra space for additional sleeping areas. Enjoy the pool and spa in privacy since the property runs along a greenbelt! Enjoy your meals in the beautifully appointed kitchen and dining room or move your party outside for a sunset celebration, where there is plenty of seating on the porch, deck and pool-side. An additional outdoor seating area is attached to the upstairs master bedroom!
The home is just steps away from Texas' true Friday Night Lights: Westlake High School Stadium, where not one, but two Super Bowl MVP winning Quarterbacks - Drew Brees and Nick Foles – started their careers and many other NFL greats. The home is also next door to the Westlake Athletic and Community Center. The center has over 12 Basketball courts, volleyball courts and indoor football and soccer fields.

The home is pre-set for 10 guests, but will accommodate up to 16 upon request and approval by owner. Upon approval, we will set the home for up to 16 guests using luxury Frontgate bed-height air mattress beds with foam toppers (upon request). A large group fee may apply.
Everything that touches you has been meticulously selected by Property Manager. Utopia Linens, Chakir Turkish Towels, L'Occitane bath amenities, and more have been carefully selected to engulf guests in luxury.
COVID-19 Enhanced Safety/Cleaning: In addition to our already rigorous cleaning procedures, we have implemented a robust checklist using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and high touched surfaces.
