COVID-19 Enhanced Safety and Cleaning at all Property Manager Residences:
We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh homes, and we know this is more important than ever. In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces. As always, ALL LINENS that touch you are freshly laundered every stay. We have increased cleaning supply orders utilizing CDC-recommended disinfectants and increased frequency throughout your stay. In addition, we have increased the accessibility of hand sanitizers for you and our employees to protect the safety of the community.

A line of brightly colored Adirondack chairs on the beach marks the spot at this 9,000-square-foot modern estate on the shores of Lake Austin. A 6-bedroom main house and separate lakefront boathouse offer plenty of space to play, and there are plenty of playful touches to discover. Drive 11 miles to downtown or boat to a restaurant for dinner out.
The home's expansive grounds include everything from an infinity pool, hot tub, kitchen with barbecue, and bar to a private beach, firepit, and volleyball net. Dunk the basketball (and yourself) in the hoop just off the beach or nestle into the hammock for an afternoon nap. If you’ve spent all day exploring the city or driving shots on the golf course, cozy up to the streaming TVs, gas fireplace, and Wi-Fi in the evenings.
This vacation rental stretches along the shoreline for lake views from nearly every room. Wall-to-wall glass fronts the formal dining room, and rows of French doors line the formal living room and an open-concept great room with a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.
With Property Manager, the unexpected becomes the standard. Technology is great, but we are personal about service. All Property Manager estates include a personal concierge to pre-book the best experiences possible! Property Manager also includes a personal house valet, who is carefully selected and overly trained in the art of serving you. They will be available 24 hours a day for your entire stay.

From Utopia Linens, Chakir Turkish Towels, to L'Occitane bath amenities, we thought of everything to make your stay with us a memorable one. The home is pre-set for 12 guests, but can hold up to 16 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 13 and 16 guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 16 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury FrontGate airbed, with foam toppers. (Available upon request) Boat slip use is not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. Boat dimensions will be needed.
All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.
