Beautiful and spacious luxurious home in the Village of Kohler with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths
Over 4800 sq. ft of living space with newly renovated and open concept kitchen and TV room & dining area; dedicated office with sleeper sofa to transform into another bedroom next to half bath; formal
dining room and living room with bright windows; full basement with kitchenette, sleeping area,
entertainment/gaming space and full bath directly off of 2 car garage.
With Property Manager, the unexpected value becomes the standard. Technology is great, but we are personal about service. All Property Manager estates include a personal concierge to pre-book the best experiences possible! Property Manager also includes a personal house valet, who is carefully selected and overly trained in the art of serving you. They will be available 24 hours a day for your entire stay.

Beautiful yard nestled in wooded area with great privacy. Large back deck with two seating areas, firepit
and grill for the perfect outdoor gathering. Numerous walking/running paths and greenspaces all within
walking distance. Guests will have access to bicycles and double kayak located in garage.
Conveniently located 15 minutes from Whistling Straits golf course (approx. 9 miles) and in close
proximity (approx. 1 mile) to the Shops at Woodlake which includes golf swing studio and bar,
restaurants, coffee house, and grocery store. Also, approximately 1 mile from the American Club hotel
and spa that is hosting all the players and coaches for the Ryder Cup. Blackwolf and other critically
acclaimed golf courses within a 5-mile radius.
House manager will greet guests and conduct a full walk-through of the home. Daily home visits to
insure a gracious experience throughout the week.
The home is pre-set for 8 guests, but can hold up to 12 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 9 and 12guests. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 12 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request)
All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.
