Most within our collection of estates are our homeowner’s primary residences- contrary to an industry filled of those contrived, and sparsely appointed investment rental properties. Our luxury properties immerse guests in the finest of amenities and finishes, while giving visitors the true sense of living like a local.
You are greeted by a calm and peace when you step foot on this property. From the moment you walk through the doors, you will see that this home is filled with art and sculptures collected by the homeowners through the years.
The dining and living rooms are elegant spaces in which to gather and connect with your group. The kitchen boasts a coffee and tea bar as well as all you need to create your family favorites. Feel free to take the gathering outside to swim in the pool that is finished with top of the line polished stone surface.
Head up to the observation deck to see the expansive views of the neighboring nature preserve. There are many places to relax and reconnect with yourself or others at this home whether you enjoy the spa under the stars, relax on the swing or take in the hike, picnic spot or meditation circle in the canyon behind the house. Whatever escape is to you, this house has it.
There is a media room upstairs where you can sit back and relax with a movie night. The homeowners have provided yoga mats that you might even take up to the observation deck for your practice. There are two offices in this home should you need to do a little work on your getaway. Both are equipped with docks and air printers.
You are not far from Lake Austin, and we are happy to arrange a boat day or some jet skis for you. Life in Austin is not complete without some Tex Mex or BBQ- we are famous for it. We are happy to suggest local favorites, or we can deliver it directly to your kitchen. Living like a local has never been so easy.
The home is pre-set for 10 guests, but can easily accommodate up to f15 guests upon request and approval by owner. With that approval, we will set the home for up to 15 guests using luxury Frontgate bed-height air mattress beds with foam toppers.
All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.
