As always, ALL LINENS that touch you are freshly laundered every stay. We have increased cleaning supply orders utilizing CDC-recommended disinfectants and increased frequency throughout your stay. In addition, we have increased the accessibility of hand sanitizers for you and our employees to protect the safety of the community.

The 6,400-square-foot estate gives a contemporary take on the Spanish Colonial style, with its cream-white facade, rich wood ceiling beams, and arcaded veranda. The terrace and yard give you everything you need to relax and enjoy the outdoors, from the fully equipped kitchen to the ample lawn to the generous pool under towering trees. Indoors, a second gourmet kitchen serves multiple living and dining areas, and Old Texas survives in the lounge with fireplace, bar, and nearby piano. Business travelers will appreciate the roomy and light-filled office suite, while the media room with kitchenette is perfect for late-night gatherings.

Situated at a tranquil remove from Austin’s urban bustle, the villa is still within easy reach of the Capitol, the Convention Center, and the city’s finest nightlife spots. Head to Zilker Metropolitan Park for an SXSW show or a dip in Barton Springs, and grab your clubs for a round at Barton Creek & Crenshaw Golf Course.

The home is pre-set for 10 guests, but can hold up to 21 upon request and approval by owner. Upon owner approval, we will set the home for any number between 11 and 21 guests. A large group fee may apply.

The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 21 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers. (Available upon request) Boat slip use is not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. Boat dimensions will be needed.

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.
