In the heart of West Austin, you will find the perfect escape while enjoying close proximity to all that downtown has to offer. This private luxury estate sits on two acres filled with Texas native Live Oak trees with a spacious backyard that is perfect for small events. This warm, family home welcomes you with a sneak peek into that beautiful backyard through floor to ceiling windows in the foyer. The great room enjoys this same peaceful view of a beautiful pool with sunning ledge/beach, covered outdoor lounge area and strings of lights to provide that beautiful glow in the evenings. You are all set to grill outdoors while watching the game, or better yet, let us deliver some of Austin’s famous Tex-Mex or BBQ while you relax. The kitchen is made for those who love to cook, but we can also set you up with a private chef if you prefer to let someone else do the cooking. It is an open design with plenty of prep space and professional appliances. This property boasts three living areas with plenty of comfortable spots to watch tv, play games or catch a little quiet time. You will enjoy a dedicated office should you need to knock out a little work. There is a treadmill for those who want to get in a little exercise or play basketball on the hoop in driveway or in the pool if you prefer to get your exercise through play. We would be happy to set up a massage or in-home spa treatments should you want to treat your group to some pampering. This home is welcoming and warm. While Austin is right outside your door, you might prefer we bring Austin to you as you settle in and relax in the Austin Luxe Estate.

There is plenty of room for your group in this home. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with en suite bath with separate shower and soaking tub. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed that is also downstairs. Two bedrooms upstairs both boast queen beds and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. As you pass the game room, you arrive at the final bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom. This property is regularly set for 10 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 16 guests with Frontgate beds which would also be set with Above standard luxury linens. Lake Austin is nearby, and we are happy to set you up with your own boat and captain for a day on the lake.

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.
