The Above ATX Retreat Estate welcomes you to your own private space that is backed by the beautiful and protected West Austin green belt. This property boasts a taste of the Hill Country only minutes from downtown. This property sits on 2 acres of land filled with native Live Oak trees. As you walk through the grand entrance, you can see nothing but treetops through the windows beyond. The elegantly appointed living and dining rooms set the stage for a home that boasts luxury finishes including a baby grand piano. Just off this elegant entertaining space is the heart of the home- the kitchen and great room. The kitchen is open and spacious with everything you could want in a cook’s kitchen. Or, let us book a private chef for your stay so that you can sit back and relax. There is yet a third living area upstairs from the family room, and it boasts a big sectional sofa, games table and fooseball. There are plenty of areas to relax with your group. As you step outside, you see the true beauty of this property. You can grill as you enjoy a firepit on the upper deck. Or, if you are ready for some pool time, the pool and hot tub are ready and waiting. Make sure someone is ready to man the covered bar and gazebo so that beverages and snacks are at the ready. This multi-level deck offers several options to lounge and gather. There is also a wide and open green space at the the base of the deck, and it is perfect for cornhole, volleyball or a nice game of bocce. There is a wet weather creek at the back of the property if you would like to explore. We can even deliver some of Austin’s famous BBQ or TexMex for a little taste of Texas.
The primary bedroom is upstairs, and features a king bed with a private sitting area and fireplace. The white marble bathroom is spa like with a separate shower and soaking tub. Down stairs, there is a queen bedroom with its own private bathroom. A third bedroom features a queen bed and private balcony. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed as well with a desk area. The fifth bedroom is just off the gameroom on the family room side of the house. It boasts a queen bed, sitting area and full bathroom. This property is regularly set for 10 guests, but can host as many as 17 with luxury Frontgate beds set with foam toppers and our Above standard luxury linens. The Barton Creek Greenbelt trail and Lake Austin are nearby. We are happy to set you up with your own boat and captain for a day on the lake.
All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.
