The views from this property are the best in Austin- they are, in fact, epic! This exclusive estate awaits you beyond the courtyard door. The path leads you directly to that 180 degree cityscape, skyline view. It is truly breathtaking and completely unimpeded. This view is stunning! There is a conversation area with fireplace, outdoor TV and grill. There are many options to connect or relax as you take in all of Austin’s beauty including a view of Lady Bird Lake. This estate is conveniently located near Austin Country Club and other golfing opportunities. This property is available for Dell Match Play.
As you enter the home, you are greeted by the Great Room featuring a fireplace, comfortable seating area and dining table. It is an open space that is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The wall of windows retracts completely into the wall to allow for seamless indoor/outdoor enjoyment of the view and the breeze. The kitchen has professional grade appliances that are sure to please any cook, or we can schedule a chef for your meals so you can just enjoy. As you move past the Great Room, you find the Primary Bedroom outfitted with a King bed. If you like to let the outdoors in while you sleep, we can open the sliding doors and let down the protective screen. The Primary bathroom features an all-glass marble shower and a soaking tub. You are never far away from that view as the sink area is backed by wall to wall windows as well. The last room in the main house is an office with a zen courtyard. This flex room is perfect for getting a little work done, but can also function as a sleeping area. There is an adjoining full bathroom. Through the courtyard, you will find the entrance to the guest suite. This room features a King bed, TV, en suite bathroom and refrigerator. The last room to visit is an executive office just off the patio, which can also function as another sleeping area. This office enjoys those same spectacular views, as well as a TV, full bathroom and refrigerator.
Regularly set for 4 guests, we can accommodate up to 8 guests, pending owner approval, with the addition of Frontgate beds dressed with foam toppers and our standard luxury bedding.
