The house is comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The open floor plan made it easy to visit whether in the kitchen or the living room.The location was central to all of our interests.<br/>Porch is large with a relaxing view of the Gulf.

This house is in a small and quiet subdivision with great ocean views. It's a very short walk to the beach and a short drive to the Big Store. The house was very accommodating with lots of sleeping room and many of the basic items that you need. We found the house to be very clean and well organized. We particularly appreciated the generous check-in time of noon and check-out time of 2pm.

We had a wonderful time . The house was perfect the location was great .<br/> They had everything that we needed in the kitchen . This is the third house that I have stayed in with Cobbs real estate and everyone of them was fabulous . The linen service was great the sheets smelled wonderful I do not know what they use but I would like to know the secret . The best part was that the house was pet friendly and my fur babies Loved that they were able to be with us.<br/> We will definitely be back !

Checkin was easy. House was clean but had a slight smell of mildew upon arrival. Opened the windows for a bit and it was all gone in no time. We noticed some items in the house seemed to be "glued back together" as a temporary fix - not sure if this was from management or previous renters.<br/>IMPORTANT: Basic necessities are NOT included such as toilet paper, hand soap, etc... This is not mentioned anywhere on VRBO but I was told it is mentioned somewhere on management's business website...

As alway, a good time

Our stay at Abby Sands Castle was great! The beach house was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our needs.

This was the perfect summer trip for my husband, two young daughters and myself! The house was so wonderful! We literally NEVER drove our vehicle to the beach, walked back and forth-only staying 2-3 hours every time (young kids). We loved the seclusion of the beach, especially on the weekdays! At one point we were the only ones there. We gathered hermit crabs, built sand castles, set up a map/buried treasure for the kids (successfully!), searched for shark teeth, and flew kites! At the house we grilled down stairs, brought the kids scooters to ride, relaxed on the front deck with an amazing view! We rode the ferry to Galveston to spend one day there, which was fun but traffic was a killer! Crystal Beach was such a special memory my family will cherish forever!!

This vacation was wonderful for me and my sisters .We loved everything about it .The cabin was beautiful.We will be back

We had a great time. The house was amazing, we were able to figurr out the barbeque pit and everything... Without any men around!! ?? The full size washer and dryer eere a huge plus for 6 women to wash towels and bathing suits!! And the downstairs shower is a life saver!! PERFECT AFTER BEACH CLEAN!!! ??????

My family escaped to Abby Sands Castle for the Christmas holiday and it was better than expected. The house was clean and everything you needed was provided. The pictures and online description do not do this one justice!!! We only left the house to attend church in Galveston a short drive and ferry ride away and to enjoy the beach. We definitely plan to return. Great memories were made here!

We enjoyed Abby Sands so much. The view was amazing and the house was everything that we expected and more. It was close to the beach and the grandbabies loved the deck Thank You!

My family and I loved staying at Abby Sands! The house was very clean and the location was great! Big plus to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer as well. We will stay here again.

Precious cabin almost on the water. Clean and well designed with a great kitchen, comfortable memory foam mattress, and all the amenities. The only thing missing is a screen door for ocean breezes and a more expansive view. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Would love to come back.

Great location. Easy steps to rental with Cobb Reality. Very clean, 2nd row beach view and walking distance to the beach. Awesome sunrises and sunsets. Beds very comfortable, kitchen has all you need to cook and prepare meals. Cleaning station and BBQ on the ground floor available.

The property was very clean, all of the facilities worked, the view of the ocean is great, the beach was only a minute or two walk. A great time was had by all. The rental rate was also very attractive. A check in time of noon on Friday and check out time of 2 on Sunday was generous. I would stay again.

This is a great rental. Ocean views with little obstruction. This home is completely "user friendly." The owners have done an excellent job with keeping it clean and cozy and give renters plenty of supplies and information to keep this house rent-friendly for years to come!

The property was excellent, very clean, comfortable beds and the kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, glasses and cook ware. I really can't say enough nice things about the house. The view of the water was awesome, morning coffee on the deck was my high point. When we return we will book this property.

Girls long weekend escape to the beach. Weather was less than desirable, but we enjoyed the house and the company!

Check in was fast and easy all directions and expectations was given to you upon arrival. The rental was located right off the beach with an awesome view of the beach. The outside view of the house was appealing and the inside was very clean and maintained. It was really like a home away from home with all your needs at your hands. You did not have to bring anything except yourself and your food. I loved the house and I loved the location. I would definitely recommend this property to any and all of my friends.

House was very clean. Mosquitoes got better on second day. Would recommend leaving more than 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. Know this is a drive on beach. Only had one incident of reckless driving but sheriff department took care of it.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for our cooking needs. We can't wait for our next stay!!
