Bedrooms 2 through 7:
Functionality, flexibility, and comfort fill each of these bedrooms. A large flat-screen TV lines the walls of bedrooms two through six for added entertainment. Bedrooms two and three have 2 twin sized beds. Bedroom 4 has a King. Whether you choose to utilize the two twin beds or one king bed, rest assured that a peaceful slumber is inevitable with fine linens, premium pillowtop mattresses, and plush pillows. Bedrooms two and three share a separate modern bathroom with a standing shower. Bedroom five boasts a plush twin bed with a trundle, and bedroom six offers two bunk beds, each with plush twin beds on top and bottom. Bedroom 7 has one plush king bed and shares the full shower and tub combo bathroom with bedrooms four through seven.

The Bureaucrats at the city of Scottsdale want us to include the following to all our listings in the city of Scottsdale.

“All dwellings units, including Vacation Rentals and Short-term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).” [sic]

The City has not provided a reference to the municipal code which limits maximum occupancy rates, nor have we been able to find it, but in order to avoid fines and a lengthy legal process we have granted their request. Thank you for your understanding.
