If you are looking for a nice (Silver/Gold property) modern condo in the heart of it all at an "Aspen Reasonable" price, is located look no further. Renovated within the last decade, sleeping seven in beds plus a sleeper sofa with a lovely common pool/hot tub area, this condo right in the center of downtown is two blocks from the Gondola and offers a perfect place for your vacation. Providing all the comfort and style you need, without the posh bells and whistles that can double or triple prices, this is the ideal yearly landing pad for you and those you love.
The condo is located up Mill St. just two blocks from the Gondola, and two blocks from Ruby Park, Aspen's main (and FREE!) bus depot. Condo entrance is at grade and on street level. A FREE parking space awaits for one car as well should you choose to drive. The unit entrance is directly across from parking. There is a small outdoor seating area with a small table and two chairs. Perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon office. The electronic combination lock on the door will give you access to the condo. Free unlimited WiFi and Comcast Cable will ensure connectivity.
Upon entering there is a coat rack to your right, an under stairs closet for your sporting gear and ski boots, and out outside ski rack for the winter months, and of course a full washer dryer to make your stay more pleasurable.
Immediately to your left is the door to the third bedroom. This is the perfect place for the kids! Three twin beds (one bunk bed and one stand-alone) offer ample sleeping room for the kids, and under bed storage, plus a reasonably sized closet and a dresser drawer ensure plenty of storage for clothes, toys, and gear. The attached bathroom has a stand-up/sit-down shower and extra towels. There is a TV in the bedroom for movie nights, but come on, it's Aspen, get those kids outside!
Also on the ground level is the master bedroom complete with queen bed, dual bedside tables, a small walk-in closet, and a generous attached bathroom with a large glassed-in shower, and two well-lit vanities will have you up and ready for any occasion. There is a TV with Comcast cable in this bedroom as well. Walking out the two opening ground level doors from the second bedroom is a small balcony overlooking a heated shared pool and hot tub as well as deck and table space for outdoor dining. A shared HOA BBQ is also available for use.
Back inside and up the staircase is the main open living area. A lofty 10-foot ceiling and large west facing windows the primary space gets great natural light. Five bartop stools and a four-top glass round table provide the primary eating area. Two leather couches and a central low table provide additional seating area wrapped around an electric fireplace and a flatscreen TV equipped with Comcast cable.
The kitchen is fully appointed and centered around a beautiful granite sink. It has has ample countertop space for prepping and cooking, and comes complete with a full-sized oven, a toaster oven, a toaster, four gas burners with a hood and pot water spout, a coffee maker, a teapot, a blender, a dishwasher, and more than enough tableware and glassware for your group, and a full set of pots and pans.
The second bedroom is upstairs adjacent to the kitchen. It features a queen bed, a small double level closet, floor to ceiling cabinet storage, and an attached bathroom. The bathroom has a full glassed-in shower and a single vanity sink.
Located just two blocks from the gondola, this is your premier location for winter skiing and snowboarding, but also a prime spot for out-the-door hiking, paragliding, Jeeping, frisbee golf, mountain biking, and so much more in the summer season. Air conditioning and Comcast Cable will keep you cool and comfy throughout your stay. Just two blocks from Ruby Park Bike Depot, you can catch a free bus to anywhere in the Aspen/Snowmass world. Free rides to all four ski mountains, all cultural experiences, Snowmass Village and Highlands, the airport, and all the rest. Nestled up to the mountain but just blocks from all downtown Aspen has to offer a better placed, better quality for cost condo that sleeps 9 you will not find.

What to be aware of:
While this property provides an excellent location, great value, and everything you need for a special Aspen getaway, do not expect the level of finish you will receive on 5K+ per night offerings. This is a basic modern unit with all you need and a bit more, but not every bell and whistle. Â Additionally, thought the unit is ground floor, and just two blocks from everything, Mill St. is quite steep, and often icy in the winters. The second bedroom, kitchen, and living room are on their second level, and thereÂ IS NO elevator access to this part of the property, as such those looking for a more ADA compliant unit should look elsewhere.
