VEHICLE MAXIMUM: 4 vehicles (includes golf carts, or any other recreational vehicles. BOAT TRAILERS ARE NOT PERMITTED!)
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.
***IMPORTANT NOTE: This property is located within a gated community that has strict HOA rules and regulations. All reservations are subject to approval from the HOA. All guests are required to wear wristbands at all times, for the full duration of the reservation. Wristbands can not be taken off, and/or exchanged with any other person. A guest list is required in advance of check-in. ONLY those listed on the guest list will be provided a wristband and will be allowed on the premises. DAY GUESTS OR VISITORS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN EVICTION.***

We invite you to stay at one of the most prestigious beachfront rental homes on South Padre Island. Sleeping 12 people, this oceanfront property is a great vacation rental! This custom beachfront home located in the gated community of The Villas of South Padre is waiting just for you! The main floor entails a large living and dining area. This open concept includes a huge kitchen perfect for cooking family meals. All three of these areas share a magnificent oceanfront view that can be seen through the wall of windows on this floor. The 2nd-floor waterfront balcony spans the width of the house!
The first floor encompasses two bedrooms and secondary living room, and kitchen area. It was built for entertaining! Access to the pool is easy through the living area. Two of the guest bedrooms in the home feature ensuite bathrooms. The entire 3rd floor is the master suite. The master bathroom has dual sinks, a huge walk-in shower with tile murals, and a jetted tub with an ocean view.
The pool area in this private beachfront home is amazing. The oceanfront pool has a swim-up bar, large hot tub with a waterfall and fountain.
