The second bedroom has a full-size bed, whereas the third and fourth bedrooms each hold a queen bed. The fifth bedroom is outfitted with two twin-over-twin bunk beds.
Three guest bathrooms each include a walk-in shower. A half bath provide added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Escape to the backyard to swim laps in the large pool and soak in the hot tub. Sunbathe on a chaise lounge or relax beneath the pergola. Barbecue on the gas grill and dine at the table for eight on the terrace.
The private half basketball court is perfect for pick-up games.

Parking is available for three cars in the garage and three in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No events, weddings, or parties can be held at the property.
