We called upon entering the home to report that the back sliding door would not open. I was told a work order was placed and that I would receive a phone call. We checked out on Sunday, September 9. Today is Tuesday, September 11 and I still have not received a call. I myself own properties throughout LA and Orange County and have never not responded to work order call. If I were the owner of this home I would find another property management company. The house was clean, however the pool lights did not work so we couldn’t utilize the pool in the evening, a problem we would have reported to the maintenance staff had they ever called us for the first work order. Thought it was a bit suspicious when I asked the turnkey representative when we could expect a call back since this was the way to get to the pool area and her reposnse was “I can say exactly.”
My response was, today? Tomorrow? And she said “I just don’t know.” That response let me know this issue was never goin got be resolved. I have rented homes in Barcelona, Rome, Florence, Florida, Hawaii, San Diego, Palm Springs, and Seattle and have never had any issues like this. Seemed like the staff at turnkey had no intention of having someone come out on a weekend to fix the door. Unfortunate!
