Beautiful and large home with stunning panoramic views of Lake Dillon and the Ten Mile Mountain Range. The home sleeps 13 and has an extra large deck with private hot tub.
This home has it all and you will love the open floor plan with some of the most stunning views in the County. Enjoy the extra large windows creating a lot of light and allowing you to take in the incredible views this home has to offer.
The large great room features a fireplace, HD TV and comfy furniture to seat plenty. There is a fully stocked kitchen and dining room table for 8. On the main level, you will find the spacious master suite with large en-suite bathroom featuring two sinks and a deep soaking tub. There is a large private deck to enjoy the phenomenal views and a very spacious walk in closet.
There is also a guest bedroom on this level with a bunk bed and easy access to the full bathroom with shower and double sinks. On the second level, there are three more guest bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a queen and the fifth bedroom has a bunk bed. There is a full bathroom on the upper level with shower/tub combo and double sinks. Also, on the second floor is a spacious loft area with HD TV, futon for additional sleeping and a desk.
The home also features a front loading washer/dryer, three car garage and spacious mudroom for all of your sporting equipment.
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the free summit stage bus that will take you all around town.

There is no A/C in any of our properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets. THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado.
