SECLUDED NEW OWNERS HAVE UPDATED AND ADDED AS WELL AS CHANGED THE NAME. SAME GREAT LOCATION WITH LOTS OF NEW TOUCHES - 4 king master bedroom suites and 4.5 baths. Gameroom. Creek. Wood firepit. Tucked away in the mountains of Gatlinburg is a stunning, custom-built, handcrafted, large-log home. Convenient location. 2+ acres. Fabulous.
As you drive through the private, wrought iron security gate the driveway wanders through natural mountain landscape and along a small mountain stream up to the handcrafted log entry of this very private getaway. Your main floor living area was designed to show off a big, open floor plan with large, flat screen TV in the Great room, beautiful custom built hickory cabinetry and black granite counter tops in the kitchen and a spacious dining area! Comfy, updated living room furniture adds to the relaxing atmosphere with plenty of room to gather the whole group.
All this plus a great view of the dramatic stacked stone fireplace and the natural, wooded and very private landscape off the back deck. A beautiful, rushing weather stream runs right along the back and can be seen and heard from the deck.
Peaceful, quiet, relaxing with the natural, mountain sounds of running water and forest animals. Lots of river rock landscaping which accent and add to the natural mountain woodsy setting. Plenty of room on the property for wandering and enjoying being outdoors in the Great Smoky Mountains. Landscaping includes a lovely bridge over the stream.
There is a beautiful wood firepit in the outdoor area for your enjoyment. You must supply firewood.
HD Direct TV throughout the house and in all 4 bedrooms. Beautiful flooring throughout - no carpet. Great mattresses throughout. You will love getting a great night's sleep while on vacation. Awake refreshed and ready to go hiking, shopping or adventuring for the day. Or just take the day off and sit on the deck and relax. We welcome you to this beautiful home. Please come!
Directly off the dining area is the huge, covered, outdoor entertainment area complete with a fabulous brand new 2020 eight person hot tub, a glass topped picnic table, Char-Broil propane grill, and rocking chairs. Two mountain creeks have their confluence at the far corner of the lodge, the relaxing sounds of the mountain streams are heard from the completely covered, massive, outdoor relaxation area.
On either end of the main floor are two luxurious, KING bedroom suites, both with a walk in shower and a 32" flat screen TV/DVD in each. Spacious set up for ultimate relaxation and privacy. You won't be disappointed.
Up the huge log stairway, in the vaulted loft we have a fantastic Nintendo Switch, a pool table and an arcade game which await your pleasure. 60 game multicade arcade. Plays 60 of the classic games from the 80's: Ms Pacman, Galaga, Donkey Kong, and many more of your favorites. Two can play at this game at the same time.
There are two beautiful recliners and 2 queen sleeper sofas inviting you to sit, relax, and unwind in the loft. Behind the loft are two KING bedroom suites with comfy mattresses for a relaxing nights' sleep. One has a sleeper sofa as well. Both are beautifully furnished for your enjoyment and each has a 20" flat screen TV/DVD, and a spacious private bath with shower tub.
Spacious living areas, elegant furnishings, and real privacy, this one is truly an escape from the ordinary. If you want to “get away from it all" and have total privacy, you will be very happy in this log home. We also have Among the Clouds (4/4) and Pinnacle View Lodge (3/3) on this same road within 1 mile of one another. Great setting for families or groups.
Just seven miles from this cabin is the beautiful Gatlinburg Community Center - a complex with indoor swimming pool, basketball court, ping pong, bowling alley, weight room and showers. For a very reasonable fee visitors are welcome to take advantage of this beautiful complex. Also only about 5 miles away is the Mills Park with a playground for the children, and covered picnic tables and grills for your get-togethers. Four miles away is The Greenbriar section of the Smoky Mountain National Park. This is a lesser known entrance with many beautiful trails, plenty of parking, picnic area, playground and access to the Pigeon River throughout. Ramsey Cascades is a favorite amongst hikers.
