ABOUT THE HOUSE

Enjoy quiet privacy in the upstairs second living space. There’s a 32” flat screen TV with a Blu-ray player and soundbar, and a couch and two sitting chairs.
Cook up a feast in a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and a three-person bar. The kitchen’s array of stainless steel appliances includes a gas range and a side-by-side refrigerator.
When dinner’s ready, gather at the wooden dining table with seating for eight.
A beautiful back deck offers views of Lake Tahoe. The house also has a covered front deck with a gas grill and a private hot tub.
Upstairs, wood accents and cream-color carpets create a welcoming feel to each of the bedrooms — sleeping eight total.
The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, a window-side sitting area with lake views, and a 26” flat screen TV with a DVD player.
Two twin beds await in the second bedroom, while the third a queen bed and the forth has a full. In addition, the fourth bedroom has a 32” flat screen TV, and a closet for storage.
The upper level also has two full bathrooms, one with a shower/tub combination and the other with a walk-in shower.
In addition, guests have access to free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and an entry-level half bath with a washer/dryer. The driveway provides parking space for up to four vehicles.
