This beautiful, newly renovated 4BR/3BA home is nestled below Mount Olympus and only minutes away from Downtown SLC, the airport and six different ski resorts.

Swing by Sugarhouse, a trendy area with a lively nightlife scene that includes breweries, sports bars, and chic cocktail spots. Enjoy the spacious backyard with a patio, private hot tub, and grill. Then kick back with your group and enjoy the open floor plan.
With inviting living areas, there’s plenty of space to spread out and relax. The first living room provides a large sectional with a full-size pullout bed, 55” 4k smart TV, two overstuffed armchairs, and a coffee table that provides a perfect spot for a fun-filled game night.

Downstairs, the kitchenette includes apartment appliances, such as a small-size range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and bar seating for three.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom with a king bed, electric fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with a 6-foot soaking tub with shower.
On the lower level, you’ll find an additional bedroom with a queen bed and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and rainfall showerhead.
On the main level of the home a conveniently located pocket door provides privacy, turning two bedrooms and a bathroom into an optional private mini-suite. One of these bedrooms offers a queen bed and the other a XL twin-over-queen bunk bed.
