Shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Check out Moqueca for Brazilian food or have breakfast at the iconic Mrs. Olson’s. Get out and about with six different public golf courses and plenty of hiking or biking trails. Shoppers will love the proximity to the Outlet Mall in Camarillo.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
This welcoming house makes the most of the amazing beachfront location, with banks of windows overlooking the ocean.
On the second floor, kick back on two comfortable sofas in the main living room and enjoy spectacular ocean views, or watch a movie on the 48” TV with cable. A flight of steps leads from the balcony, straight down to the beach.
A second living area also has a couch and 28” TV, so the kids can have their own space.
The fully equipped kitchen features black granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A glass dining table seats five, and there’s a wet bar with a mini fridge, bar supplies, and three additional seats.
Upstairs on the third floor is the spectacular master retreat. There’s a California king bed and seating area, as well as a 31” TV. Sit out on the private balcony and watch the sun set over the ocean. The spacious en-suite bath has a dual vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.
Bedroom two has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a twin bed (with twin trundle below)—perfect for the kids. Another full bathroom is also on this floor.
The fourth bedroom, on the second floor, has a queen bed; another full bathroom is located adjacent.
Guests can take advantage of the outdoor shower coming straight in from the beach. Garage and driveway parking is available on the first level for up to three vehicles. Onsite laundry provided.
Please Note: The fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom are decorative only (non-operational).
You literally couldn’t be closer to the beach than this oceanfront home, right on the sand. Silver Strand is beloved by surfers for its awesome waves.
Wander down the sand to the jetty to cast a fishing line; stop in at the Beachcomber Tavern on the way back.
The Maritime Museum is 3 miles away, and there are several excellent restaurants right on the marina so you can sit back, enjoy the view, and let someone else do the cooking.
